§ 3-12-104. COMPOSITION.

(a)

Composition. The Office of Administrative Hearings shall consist of two or more Administrative Law Judges.

(b)

Other references. Any reference to the Zoning Commissioner, the Deputy Zoning Commissioner or the Hearing Officer in the Charter, the Code or the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations shall be deemed to be a reference to the Office.

(c)

Personnel. The Office shall have the personnel considered necessary to carry out the functions and responsibilities assigned to it.
