§ 3-11-101. IN GENERAL.

(a)

Exceptions. This title does not apply to:

(1)

A gift valued at more than $5,000;

(2)

A monetary gift; or

(3)

Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a gift of any interest in real property.

(b)

Scope. This title applies to a gift of a real property easement if the value of the easement is less than $5,000.
