§ 35-3-203. PENALTY; REFERRAL TO REAL ESTATE COMMISSION.

(a)

Penalty.

(1)

A person who violates this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor.

(2)

Each instance of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

Referral to State Real Estate Commission. A conviction of any real estate broker or real estate salesman for a violation of this subtitle shall be referred to the State Real Estate Commission for disciplinary action.
