§ 35-2-405. TRASH CONTAINERS.

(a)

In general. The owner of investment property located immediately adjacent to a residence shall keep all trash containers and receptacles with a capacity in excess of 40 gallons in the rear yard of the property or screened, by natural or artificial means, from public view.

(b)

Enforcement. The Building Engineer may enforce this section.
