§ 35-2-202. COPYING AND DISTRIBUTION OF REGULATIONS.

(1)

The County Council shall make the building regulations available for public inspection at any time in the Council's office.

(2)

The County Council may:

(i)

Print and make available for public distribution a quantity of copies of the adopted regulations as the County Council considers necessary; and

(ii)

Charge a reasonable fee for copies of the regulations distributed to the public.
