§ 35-2-201. REVISION OF BUILDING CODE.

(a)

Department to submit legislation. Within 9 months after publication of each new edition of the Triennial International Code Council's International Building Code, the Department shall submit appropriate adopting legislation to the County Executive.

(b)

Review of legislation by the County Executive; submission to Council. The County Executive shall review the proposed legislation and submit it to the County Council.

(c)

Effect of revisions. The International Building Code shall have same force and effect as if set out in full in this section.
