SubTitle 3. ENFORCEMENT |
§ 33-5-301. INVESTIGATION.
(a)
Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections to investigate. The Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections shall accept and investigate complaints regarding erosion and sediment control concerns from any interested persons.
(b)
Duties. The Department shall:
(1)
Conduct an initial investigation within three (3) working days after receiving the complaint;
(2)
Notify the complainant of the initial investigation and findings within seven (7) working days after receiving the complaint; and
(3)
Take appropriate action when violations are discovered during the course of the complaint investigation.
