§ 32-8-306. COUNTY TO MAINTAIN CERTAIN RECORDS.

  • (a)

    In general. The county shall maintain a record of:

    (1)

    All waiver actions;

    (2)

    The justification for their issuance; and

    (3)

    All related correspondence.

    (b)

    Report and review. The records required under this section shall be:

    (1)

    Submitted as a part of the biennial report to the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and

    (2)

    Available for periodic review.
