§ 32-4-506. USE AND DEVELOPMENT OF RECLAMATION PROPERTY.
(a)
Development requirements; in general. A person shall develop property or any portion of property for which there is an approved reclamation plan in accordance with the requirements of this title that were in effect at the time the plan was originally submitted to the county for processing.
(b)
Same; amendment or renewal. Notwithstanding a subsequent zoning reclassification or change in uses of the reclamation property or any part of the property or any amendments to the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations, a reclamation plan, an amendment to a reclamation plan, or a renewal of a reclamation plan shall be governed in accordance with the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations and uses permitted under the zoning classifications and regulations in effect as of the date of approval of the initial reclamation plan by the Planning Board.
