§ 32-4-505. AMENDMENT OR RENEWAL OF RECLAMATION PLAN.

(a)

Amendment and renewal of reclamation plan. An approved reclamation plan may be amended or renewed at any time before its expiration.

(b)

Review of amendment or renewal. An amendment or renewal to an approved reclamation plan that modifies the proposed use, area, or limits of the plan shall be reviewed and approved in the same manner as the original reclamation plan.
