§ 32-4-416. PRESERVATION OF NATURAL FEATURES.

(a)

Preservation of features. Each Development Plan shall preserve natural features, including watercourses, waterfalls, beaches, and significant vegetation.

(b)

Duty to protect habitats. The county shall require adequate protection of any known habitat of an endangered species.
