§ 32-4-417. SCENIC VIEWSHEDS.

The Planning Board shall:
(1)

Provide to the Zoning Commissioner a catalogue of the elements for each scenic viewshed in the Master Plan;

(2)

Identify the scenic route or view, as designated in the Baltimore County Master Plan as either enclosed, expansive, focused or a combination; and

(3)

Identify the aspects of the visual quality, unity of the elements, and integrity of the elements.
