§ 32-4-403. DESIGNATED AREAS.

  • (a)

    Authority of county to require materials and design. For improvements described in §§ 32-4-404(c)(1)(ii), 32-4-407, and 32-4-408 of this subtitle, the county may require specifications for materials and design that further the objectives of revitalization areas, growth areas, and rural agricultural areas.

    (b)

    Design Review Panel. A Design Review Panel shall provide the county with analysis and comments on site design and architectural design as required under § 32-4-203 of this title and the Comprehensive Manual of Development Policies.
