§ 32-4-307. PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS; SECURITY.
(a)
Security for private improvements. When applying for a building permit, the applicant shall post security for any private improvements in accordance with § 32-4-312 of this subtitle when the Director of Permits, Approvals and Inspections determines that the failure to complete the private improvements will affect the health, safety, and welfare of the occupants.
(b)
Required security is in addition to other fees. Any security required to be posted under this section shall be in addition to the customary fees for plan review and construction inspection.
