§ 32-4-301. ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS.

Latest version.

The Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections, the Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability, and the Department of Public Works shall each adopt regulations, in accordance with Article 3, Title 7 of the Code to carry out the provisions of this subtitle.
