§ 32-4-251. IN GENERAL.
(a)
Scope and exception.
(1)
This part applies to development in a R.C. 6 zone.
(2)
This part does not apply to the construction of a single dwelling on an existing lot.
(b)
Requirements.
(1)
Before an application is filed for approval of any development, including concept plans, exemptions, special exceptions and variances, a site analysis plan shall be approved in accordance with this part.
(2)
The approved site analysis plan shall:
(i)
Include approval of a primary conservancy area and a secondary conservancy area;
(ii)
Be submitted instead of the site constraints plan, along with the concept plan.
