§ 32-4-110. FAILURE OF COUNTY AGENCY TO ACT.

If a county agency fails to act on a Development Plan or plat submitted in accordance with this title within the prescribed time, the Development Plan or plat shall be deemed to have been approved by the agency unless the failure to act has been excused by the County Administrative Officer, in writing, no later than 7 days after the expiration of the prescribed time.
