§ 32-4-109. RECORDING AN APPROVED PLAT; PROHIBITED.

(a)

In general. A person may not offer and the Clerk of the Circuit Court may not accept a plat for recording in the plat records of the county unless the plat has been approved for recording as required by this title.

(b)

Enforcement. If a plat that has not been approved is recorded, the recording shall be considered a nullity.
