§ 32-3-233. PETITION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING.

(a)

In general. The Department of Planning may initiate a petition on its own if it discovers a technical error in the zoning map.

(b)

Notice of petition. The Department of Planning shall provide written notice to property owners affected by a petition under subsection (a) of this section.
