§ 32-3-234. NOTICE OF PETITION.
(a)
In general. The county shall conspicuously post notice of a petition filed under this part on the property under petition for a period of at least 15 days following the filing of the petition.
(b)
Contents of notice. The notice shall provide:
(1)
The address of the property under petition, but, if not available, a description;
(2)
The present zoning classification of the property;
(3)
The intended zoning classification as identified by the Director of Planning;
(4)
The recommendation of the Director of Planning to correct an error for a reason as defined in this Part; and
(5)
The date, time and place of the hearing.
