§ 2-3-103. MEMBERSHIP.

(a)

Appointment. The Spending Affordability Committee consists of five members appointed by the chairman of the County Council.

(b)

Composition. Of the members:

(1)

Three shall be members of the County Council; and

(2)

Two other members shall be individuals who have relevant areas of specialty including finance and organized labor.
