§ 2-3-104. CHAIRMAN; ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

(a)

Chairman. The chairman of the County Council shall designate the chairman of the Spending Affordability Committee.

(b)

Advisory committee. The chairman of the County Council may appoint an advisory committee of citizens to assist the committee in its deliberations.
