§ 29-3-105. CONSIDERATION OF THE COMPLAINT.

(1)

The Executive Director shall consider all complaints filed under this article.

(2)

Not more than 30 days after the complaint is filed, the Executive Director shall determine preliminarily if the facts alleged are sufficient to establish that a violation of this article may have occurred.

(3)

The Executive Director may contact the respondent in this determination.
