§ 29-3-104. COMMISSION MAY FILE A COMPLAINT.

  • (a)

    Authority. The Commission or an individual member of the Commission may file a complaint when the Commission or member of the Commission has reasonable cause to believe that a person is engaging in a pattern or practice of discrimination that is unlawful under this article.

    (b)

    Procedure. A complaint filed under this section shall be processed in the same manner as a complaint filed under § 29-3-103 of this title.

    (c)

    Hearing by the Board of Appeals. In accordance with the applicable provisions of this title, the Board of Appeals shall hear an administrative hearing on a complaint filed by the Commission under this section.
