§ 25-3-305. FAIR EMPLOYMENT.

A franchisee may not, due to age, race, creed, color, national origin, or sex:
(1)

Refuse to hire or employ a person,

(2)

Bar or discharge a person from employment; or

(3)

Discriminate against a person in compensation or in terms, conditions, or privileges of employment
