§ 25-3-302. SERVICE AND DELIVERY OF NOTICES.

  • (a)

    Delivery.

    (1)

    The county shall send every direction, notice, or order to be served to the franchisee to the franchisee's principal office located in the county by certified mail, hand-delivery, or overnight courier.

    (2)

    The franchise shall send every notice to be served to the county or County Council by certified mail, hand-delivery, or overnight courier.

    (b)

    Direct personal service established. The delivery or mailing of a notice, direction, or order is equivalent to direct personal notice, direction, or order and is deemed to have been given at the time of delivery.
