§ 25-2-102. APPLICATIONS IN GENERAL.

(a)

Required. A franchisee or prospective franchisee shall file an application with the County Council for:

(1)

The grant of a new franchise,

(2)

Renewal of a franchise;

(3)

Modification of a franchise agreement; or

(4)

Transfer of a franchise.

(b)

General requirements. An application under this title shall include the names and addresses of persons authorized to act on behalf of the applicant with respect to the application.

(c)

Filing fee. The County Council may require each application under this title to be accompanied by a filing fee in an amount established by the County Council.
