§ 25-1-108. SEVERABILITY.
Latest version.
If any provision, sentence, phrase, or portion of this article is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the holding does not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this article provided that the positions of the parties are not materially altered.
