§ 21-7-302. INSPECTIONS.

  • (a)

    Exception. This section does not apply to electrical installations used in the performance of "classified" government contracts or work.

    (b)

    Division to perform inspections. The division shall perform all inspections required to be made under the provisions of this title.

    (c)

    Authorized. The division or its agents may inspect all electrical installations in the county at any time during regular working hours.

    (d)

    Notice and order. On finding defective or dangerous installations, the enforcement officer shall notify and order the owner or occupant of the premises and the licensee by whom or under whose supervision the work was done to make the necessary corrections.
