§ 21-7-210. MASTER GENERAL ELECTRICIAN LICENSE - IN GENERAL.

  • (a)

    In general. The Board shall issue a master general electrician license to any person or the representative of any person eligible under this subtitle.

    (b)

    Business. A business is entitled to receive and retain a master general electrician license if at least one of its employees is a current holder of a master general electrician license.

    (c)

    Scope of the license.

    (1)

    A master general electrician license authorizes the holder to perform or have performed under the holder's supervision any of the work described in § 21-7-202 of this subtitle.

    (2)

    If the license is held by a business, any of the work described in § 21-7-202 of this subtitle may be performed for the business itself or for others.
