§ 21-6-105. REPORT OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES.

(a)

Report required. The owner or manager of a camp shall report immediately to the County Health Officer a known or suspected case of a communicable disease that occurs in the camp.

(b)

Method of reporting. The owner shall make the report under this section to the County Health Officer in writing or by telephone.
