§ 21-6-104. SANITARY AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL.

  • (a)

    Minimum sanitary and mechanical equipment. Every camp shall be provided with all the sanitary and mechanical equipment for sewage disposal on the basis given in the following table:

    (b)

    Schedule of water facilities.

    (1)

    The following fixture schedule is for numbers of daily visitors:

    (2)

    The Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability may, at its discretion, reduce these requirements by 50%.

    (c)

    Minimum facilities for each gender. A camp shall provide for each gender a minimum of:

    (1)

    One lavatory,

    (2)

    Two shower heads; and

    (3)

    (i)

    Two water closets; or

    (ii)

    One urinal and one water closet.
