§ 21-4-305. SAME - NOTICE AND HEARING.

(a)

Notice required. The Director may not deny, refuse to renew, revoke, or suspend a license until the Director sends a notice of the proposed action to the applicant or licensee and the applicant or licensee has had an opportunity for a hearing before the code official.

(b)

Procedure. The procedure for notice and hearing shall be as provided in Article 3, Title 6 of the code.
