§ 21-4-209. PENALTIES.

  • (a)

    Violation - Registration requirements. A person who violates the registration requirements of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or both.

    (b)

    Same - License requirements. A person who violates the license requirements of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or both.
