§ 21-4-208. SAME - REINSTATEMENT.

A licensee whose license has been suspended, revoked, or refused renewal under this subtitle may not apply for reinstatement of the license until the expiration of 6 months after the day the Director suspended, revoked, or refused to renew the license.
