§ 21-4-203. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

(a)

Application of section. This section does not apply to the owner of a coin-operated amusement device who is also a licensee of the same coin-operated amusement device.

(b)

Registration requirement. The owner of a coin-operated amusement device in the county shall register the coin-operated amusement device with the Director annually.

(c)

Form and content of the registration. The owner of a coin-operated amusement device shall register each device on a form required by the Director which shall include:

(1)

The name and address of the owner and a lessee or person other than the owner in possession of the device;

(2)

A description of the coin-operated amusement device; and

(3)

If the coin-operated amusement device has a serial number, the serial number.

(d)

Change in registration. Not more than 30 days after it occurs, the owner of a coin-operated amusement device shall report to the Director:

(1)

The acquisition of an additional coin-operated amusement device; or

(2)

The transfer of ownership or location of a registered coin-operated amusement device.
