§ 21-4-102. SAME - PINBALL AND OTHER MACHINES.

(a)

Application of section. This section applies to a person keeping, maintaining, or operating within the county a claw machine, pinball machine, draw poker machine, or similar device for public amusement or gain.

(b)

Prohibition on use by minors. A person described under subsection (a) of this section may not allow a minor to operate a claw machine, pinball machine, draw poker machine, or similar device unless the minor is accompanied by the minor's parent or legal guardian.

(c)

Violation a misdemeanor. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not exceeding $500 for each offense.
