§ 21-4-101. MINORS - BILLIARD OR POOL TABLE FOR PROFIT.

  • (a)

    Application of section. This section applies to a person who:

    (1)

    Operates a billiard or pool table for profit; or

    (2)

    Has control of a room in which a billiard or pool table is kept, used, or operated for profit.

    (b)

    Prohibition on use by minors. A person described under subsection (a) of this section may not allow a minor to play on or use a billiard or pool table unless the minor is accompanied by the minor's parent or legal guardian.

    (c)

    Violation a misdemeanor. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
