§ 21-3-203. LICENSE PROCEDURE.

(a)

Application. An applicant for a license or permit shall submit an application to the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections on the form required, by regulation, by the County Health Officer.

(b)

Approval and issuance. After the approving authority has approved the application and the applicant has paid the required fees, the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections shall issue a permit or license to the applicant.

(c)

Duration. A license or permit is valid for the period beginning July 1 of each year and ending on June 30 of the following year.
