§ 21-2-207. APPEAL.

(a)

Authorized. A person aggrieved by a decision of the Director may appeal the decision to the County Board of Appeals within 30 days after receipt of the decision.

(b)

Decision. The County Board of Appeals shall issue a decision within 45 days after receipt of the appeal.
