§ 21-2-206. NONTRANSFERABLE; CHANGE OF LOCATION.

(a)

Nontransferable. A license issued under this title is non-transferable.

(b)

Change of location. The location of an adult entertainment business may not be changed without the reapplication for and approval of a license under this title.
