§ 21-19-104. PENALTY.

(a)

General. A person who violates any provision of this title is subject to a civil penalty.

(b)

Amount. The amount of the penalty may not exceed:

(1)

$500 for the first offense; and

(2)

$1,000 for each additional offense.
