§ 21-19-105. ENFORCEMENT.

(a)

Enforcement by Director.

(1)

The Director shall enforce the provisions of this title in accordance with Article 3, Title 6 of the Code.

(2)

The Director may adopt regulations, in accordance with Article 3, Title 7 of the Code, to carry out the provisions of this title.

(b)

Issuance of citation. The Director may issue a citation alleging a violation of this title to the publisher or to the person who delivers an unsolicited advertising circular.
