§ 21-17-308. PENALTIES.

  • (a)

    Misdemeanor. A person who violates any provision of this title or a regulation adopted under the authority of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500.

    (b)

    Revocation and suspension. In addition to the fine imposed under subsection (a) of this section, on proof of any violation of any provision of this title or a regulation adopted under this title, the county may revoke or suspend any license issued under this title after according the licensee reasonable opportunity to be heard in the licensee's defense.
