§ 21-15-311. REVOCATION.

(a)

Administrative authority. After a recommendation of the administrative authority, the Department may revoke, at any time, for good cause, any permit issued under this subtitle.

(b)

Property owner. The owner of a property, at any time, may request, in writing, the revocation of a permit issued under this subtitle for work to be performed on the property.
