§ 21-15-303. EXCEPTIONS.

(a)

General repairs. A permit is not required for the repairing or replacement of faucets, ball cocks, exposed fixture traps, or shutoff valves.

(b)

Stoppages and leaks. A permit is not required for the clearing of stoppages or repairing of leaks when the repairs do not require the replacement of plumbing fixtures or any portion of the drainage system.
