§ 21-15-218. DISPOSAL SYSTEM CONTRACTOR LICENSE.

(a)

In general. The Board shall issue a disposal system contractor license to a person who:

(1)

Installs private disposal systems composed of septic tanks, seepage pits, filtering beds, distribution boxes, and drain fields; and

(2)

Is entitled to secure permits for the work described under paragraph (1) of this subsection.

(b)

Qualifications. The holder of a disposal system contractor license shall have a regular place of business in the state and shall be qualified as provided in this title.
