§ 21-15-201. LICENSE REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS.

(a)

Required - In general. Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person shall be licensed by the Board before the person may engage in the practice of plumbing or gasfitting in the county.

(b)

Exception. This section does not apply to:

(1)

Persons working under the supervision of a master limited plumber-gasfitter on the premises;

(2)

Persons working on on-site utility work under the supervision of an on-site utility contractor;

(3)

Persons working on disposal systems under the supervision of a disposal system contractor; or

(4)

Persons working on water pumping systems under the supervision of a water pump contractor.
