§ 21-15-108. CONNECTION OF PRIVATE WATER SYSTEMS.

A property served by a private water system may not be directly or indirectly connected to any public water supply until the water system on the property is disconnected from its original source of supply, inspected, and approved by the administrative authority and connected in accordance with the provisions of this title.
