§ 21-15-102. PURPOSE.

The purpose of this title is to:
(1)

Provide practical plumbing and gasfitting regulations that safeguard persons and property from hazards arising from unsanitary and unsafe plumbing and gasfitting conditions; and

(2)

Protect persons and property from improper practices of those doing plumbing and gasfitting work.
